The following is a list of licensees of the Texas State Board of Examiners of Psychologists who have received disciplinary sanctions from the Board within the past 7 years. Unpublished orders were no longer levied by the Board after January 1, 2006. The list is updated four times a year. Licensees who have had their licenses revoked are not removed from the list, unless deceased.

Disciplinary sanctions imposed for rule violations are based on many factors including the severity of the offense, the effect of the offense, the specific intent, if any, behind the violation, and the likelihood of repetition of the misconduct. Possible forms of sanction include assessment of a fine and/or administrative penalty, reprimand, license suspension with or without a term of probated suspension and, when necessary to protect the public, revocation of the license.

For verification that any particular licensee is in good standing, contact the Board office.

A copy of an agreed order for a licensee may be provided free of charge upon receipt of a written or emailed request.
